Rogers & Greenberg first learned about DLP Technologies from another law firm in the Dayton area. When unforeseen circumstances impacted their office building, Rogers & Greenberg found themselves in need of a new server.

"Jon Breyfogle helped me select and create a solution that would meet the needs of our office within our budget. But DLP’s involvement didn’t end with the sale of the product. Not only did DLP set up the new server, but DLP also taught me how to use it so I could fix any problems that might arise," says Michelle Vollmar, Partner. "The service tech, Noah Carlisle, answers all my questions, no matter how simple or ridiculous they may sound and takes the time to teach me about possible solutions. I can't imagine another company taking the time to do that."

Every month, a maintenance check is performed on the server, but if problems occur in between visits, a service tech takes no more than a day to fix the problem. "The response time is fantastic!" says Michelle.

"We would highly recommend DLP to other companies. They never tried to over sell us on technology that we didn't need and always kept our financial constraints in mind," says Michelle. "I can't say enough good things about our experience with DLP."
